BIG NEWS: ON SUNDAY JUNE 3 JIM JAMES OF MY MORNING JACKET PLUS APPROPRIATE MUSICIANS ALONG WITH RON WHITEHEAD AND SARAH ELIZABETH PRESENT A CONCERT AT 7:00 P.M., A TRIBUTE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RUDYARD KIPLING'S PRESENTATION OF GREAT NEW BANDS THROUGHOUT ITS 23 YEARS! JIM CALLED THE RUDYARD "LOUISVILLE'S RYMAN AUDITORIUM"
COST OF THIS CONCERT IS $33.33.

Ticket sale dates are yet to be determined (I called the Rud and asked...)

Here is the latest, from the LEO

A few tickets are still available at ear X-tacy (1534 Bardstown Road, 452-1799) for the solo concert by Jim James (My Morning Jacket, Mont de Sundua) at The Rudyard Kipling, (422 W. Oak St., 636-1311) on Sunday, June 3. Jim will be joined by poet Ron Whitehead and Sarah Elizabeth Whitehead for the evening.

Here's the itinerary:
Doors open: 6 p.m.
7 p.m. Ron & Sarah Elizabeth Whitehead (Jim will join Sarah & Ron for much of their set)
8 p.m. Jim James of My Morning Jacket

Tickets are $34, and are available only at ear X-tacy. All the proceeds go to benefit The Rudyard Kipling.
